Winter Getaway

We had the chance to get out of town for a little R&R this season for some family time. It was nice to take a break and reset the batteries. With the cold weather, hot cocoa was at a premium.

The headline activity while we were away was tubing. We had the chance to run up and down the hill in our inflated snowtubes - even racing among siblings in the different lanes carved into the hill.

Our niece had an incredible time. It was her first time going tubing, and she was excited by the speed she was able to build up.
