Our New Year's Resolution

Hey Future Kids,

I thought it would be a good idea to let you know your mother and my New Year's Resolution: to adopt children.

It's a short, simple resolution but a tall order. We've been looking to adopt for a few months now with some bumps in the road. But we're taking the turning over of a new year as an opportunity to reset our frames of mind and redouble our efforts.

We know you're out there, and we're ready to take on the awesomeness and challenges of being adoptive parents.

In the meantime, we hope to receive a call, text, email or message from an expectant mother who is thinking about adoption...There are various reasons that may have led you to this process, and Jenn and I want you to know that we welcome and embrace you and the opportunity to have a conversation.
