Dear Future Children,

There's a lot that will go into how the clay you're made from is shaped and molded into the perfect little person you are. I wish I could tell you it was easy, but the truth of the matter is that it was not. In fact, as you grow up you'll learn that most things aren't easy, and if it was, then everyone would do it.

Most times things are difficult, but if this is true, you'll also find that the most difficult things in life are the most rewarding and are worth every bit of it.

That's why we wanted to take the time to thank that special someone out there who is carrying you. There's someone out there who loves you so much that she's willing to help you grow, and she's willing to let us love you and provide a life of opportunity for you.

There's reasons out there (the not-so-easy ones) why all this came to be. But you have always been loved and cherished. Always. And while you were growing in one person's tummy, you were growing in our hearts at the same time.

We also think the world of "Her" - this beautiful person who loves you, who is helping you grow, and who is brave enough to provide us a chance to love you. There's an overwhelming sense of gratitude and humility that comes along with what she's taken on and given to us.

Mountain-sized sacrifices have been made on your behalf. And we promise to make good on these sacrifices and recognize our duty to instill in you the very best we can, as the very best parents we can be.

So we say thank you to "Her" for everything you've given us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Love,

Mike & Jenn

We are humbled and grateful for your bravery.
