Both of our boys enjoy school - where the older one (a massive Lightning McQueen fan) is attending Pre-K and the younger guy (a huge supporter of Paw Patrol) is in a 2's program.

They've been learning colors, letters and numbers - while Mom & Dad have been learning all the new tricks and school's teaching methods - and it's been absolutely fantastic to watch.

It's funny from the outside-in seeing how their moods swing up and down over the course of a school week, depending on the weather (did they get to play outside at recess) or which friends were in class (was a best friend out sick). But a great reminder that we're all human, and the biggest thing they're learning right now is how to make and play with friends, plus behavioral norms.

They're sponges and learning a lot.

We can't wait to adopt a third child to start taking to school as well! If you or someone you know is thinking about adoption, please reach out to us.

Wishing you a wonderful day,

Mom & Dad
