Peter Pan & Captain Hook

Fall came in a hurry, and with it, the changing of the leaves and crisp, cool mornings. Our boys have been nothing short of ecstatic as the holidays approach. We've been dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller in the kitchen, carving pumpkins, and walking the neighborhood to see all the Halloween decorations. The boys have a few favorite houses, mainly the ones with the 10 foot skeletons ("bones").

Also, we (Mom and Dad) have been busy figuring out costumes, given the boys are likely to change their minds for who they want to be any given day. But I think we found the right mix. Our younger son has been borderline obsessed with Disney's Peter Pan movie for the last 3 months, and our older son agreed to be Captain Hook as long as Dad dressed as Mr. Smee ("because they're best friends").

Over the weekend, we attended the school-hosted Trick or Treat where the boys' costumes were able to come out for the first time, and it was a hit. (Dad's still working on Mr. Smee.) But I'm happy we had the time to get outside and play this weekend...It got everyone even more excited for Halloween!

If you or someone you know is pregnant and thinking about adoption, please let us know. We would love to speak with you.

Love,

Mom & Dad
