Indiana Jones

We had a great time earlier today. Our family took a drive to a local nursery to get some ideas for Mother's Day planting in the backyard. Mom typically does an amazing job planting different flowers - with a nice dahlia garden, while Dad spends his time on the fig tree and the peach tree. (I should stress "spends his time" is best interpreted as "occasionally waters.")

But this trip was different. Mom may have gotten a few ideas, but our younger son stole the show when he tried on a gardening hat. The rest of the visit took on a whole new set of jokes and laughing - referring to little Indiana Jones.

It was another beautiful day, and we're looking forward to next weekend's festivities for Mother's Day. (Note to Dad: Remember to get a gift ahead of time for Mom.)
